The small micro switch is also called a small sensitive switch. Its working principle is: the external mechanical force acts on the action reed through the transmission element (press pin, button, lever, roller, etc.), and after the energy is accumulated to the critical point, an instantaneous action is generated, which makes the end of the action reed move. The contact and the fixed contact are quickly connected or disconnected.

About the fixation of the switch body
1. When fixing the switch body, please use M2 small screws on the smooth surface with a torque of 0.098N·m or less. Also, to prevent loosening of the screws, it is recommended to use washers at the same time.
2. Please note that in the free state, the action body should not directly exert force on the button or the exciter, and the button should exert force in the vertical direction when using it.
3. The action setting after action is based on 70[%] or more of the O.T. value. In the case of a switch, do not set the operating body at the operating limit position to prevent the life from being shortened by the opening and closing and over-travel caused by the shock.
About the change in action characteristics
A change in the operating characteristics should not cause a malfunction even if it changes within ±20[%] of the operating characteristics specification value.
About Welding Jobs
In the case of hand soldering, please use the electric temperature 320°C max.) with temperature adjustment to complete the operation within 3 seconds, and be careful not to apply force to the terminal part during the operation.
Environment
Do not use or store it in a place that has a bad influence on the contacts, where there is corrosive gas, silicon, etc., or where there is a lot of dust. It is recommended to use a low-power circuit type (Au clad contact) when using it at a small current and voltage.
