Micro switch failure and analysis:
Fault 1: Assuming that the left switch pin 1 or 3 is broken, the right switch is normal, the phenomenon is: the left switch is turned on, the pulse has no response, the right switch is turned on, and the left and right burners are alternately ignited.
Reason analysis: When the left switch is turned on, the pulse is out of power, so there is no response. When the right switch is turned on, the 1 and 3 pins of the left switch are disconnected, which is the same as when the switch is turned on, and the pulse will think that the left switch is on. In the starting state, the left and right burners are alternately ignited.

Fault 2: Suppose the left switch pin 2 is broken, the right switch is normal, the phenomenon is: turn on the left switch, the pulse has no response, turn on the right switch, pulse the right burner to ignite, turn on the left switch again, and the left burner ignites normally.
Reason analysis: When the left switch is turned on, the pulse is out of power, so there is no response. When the right switch is turned on, the pulse is normally supplied with power, and the 1 and 3 pins of the left switch are closed, which is the same as when the switch is turned off, and then turn on the left switch. , so the left burner ignites normally.

Fault 3: The static contact surface is not smooth due to the frequent impact of There are many convex and concave points, one keystroke is not easy to use, and it takes several keystrokes. For this kind of failure, we only need to use a very small file or fine sandpaper to smooth the surface.


Micro switch wiring method:
1 foot common foot, 2 foot normally closed foot, 3 foot normally open foot;
1 pin is connected to the positive pole of the pulse;
Pin 2 is connected to the positive pole of the battery;
Pin 3 is connected to the pulse switch signal;
When the valve body is open: Micro switch 1, 2 feet are closed, 1, 3 feet are disconnected;
When the valve body is closed: Micro switch 1, 3 feet are closed, 1, 2 feet are disconnected;
