2. After multiple welding of the tact switch, it should be noted that each welding part must wait for the return to normal temperature before operation. If it is heated continuously, the terminals of the switch may be deformed or welded. .
3. Regarding the use of the tact switch for too long, there will definitely be a lot of dust and debris inside. Generally, it cannot be washed with water for cleaning, so as not to easily cause the components of the switch to be damp and fail, so it should be able to use cotton cloth. Wipe with alcohol.
4. Secondly, for the installation of the tact switch with pins, please weld at the pin position. If the welding is performed in the state where the midpoint of the pins of the switch is fixed, the parts of the pins may be deformed.
5. Do not install and use the tact switch in an environment where the surrounding materials emit corrosive gas, otherwise it may cause corrosion of the switch components, thus making the switch unusable. When the switch is installed, it is necessary to ensure that its pins are firm.
